Clinic & healthcare sites that fill appointments.
Booking-first websites and compliant paid media for dental clinics, aesthetic clinics, diagnostic centres, and multi-speciality practices in India.
Healthcare marketing in India sits between two pressures. On one side, patients are choosing clinics with the same research instinct they'd use to buy a phone — reviews, photos, prices, proximity. On the other, the category is trust-heavy, compliance-sensitive, and regulated in ways most agencies don't respect.
We work with dental practices, aesthetic clinics, diagnostic centres, and multi-speciality clinics to build sites that convert that research into booked appointments — without the grey-area tactics that get ad accounts banned.
Pain points we see in healthcare
- Trust barrier. Patients are cautious. A slow site, a broken image, or a stale phone number and they're gone.
- Booking friction. If booking an appointment takes more than 3 clicks, most users drop.
- Review dependency. 70%+ of local healthcare decisions are influenced by Google reviews. Yet most clinic sites surface them poorly, or not at all.
- Compliance risk. Before/after photos, outcome claims, and pricing language have to follow DCI, MCI, and platform policies. Bad agencies get accounts permanently banned.
What we build for healthcare clinics
- Booking-first design. Appointment CTA in nav, in every hero, on every service page, at the end of every scroll.
- Online booking integrations — Practo, Calendly, Hubspot Meetings, or a native form that posts to your practice management system
- Service-specific landing pages — one page for "root canal Andheri," one for "Invisalign Powai," one for "full-mouth rehabilitation Mumbai." Long-tail keywords are the whole game.
- Review-led social proof — Google reviews rendered natively on the site, not screenshots
- Location-specific schema —
MedicalBusiness,Physician,Review, hours, speciality — so your Google Business Profile and site reinforce each other - Review-led ad creative — patient testimonials (with consent), before/after (where compliant), and calm explainer reels
- Meta + Google ads targeted to a 3–8km catchment — tighter radius, higher intent, lower CPL
Healthcare creative has to be calm, clear, and compliant. "Shock" creative gets engagement but banned accounts. We optimise for the approval rate, not the first-week vanity metric.
A real example
iORA Dental — we rebuilt the site around service-specific landing pages (each with local SEO targeting), added online booking, and ran geo-targeted Meta ads with patient-testimonial reels. Over 90 days, monthly bookings went up 2.8× and blended CPA came down 71%. Most of the lift came from the site itself — the ads just fed a funnel that was actually ready to convert.
FAQ
Can I run paid ads for medical procedures on Meta and Google?
Yes, with care. Certain categories (cosmetic surgery, weight-loss, fertility) have tighter platform rules; others (dental, dermatology, general diagnostics) are more permissive. We review every creative for compliance before launch. We've run healthcare accounts for years without a single permanent ban.
How important are Google reviews?
Enormously. We'd rank it second only to having a proper website. For most clinic clients we'd suggest a dedicated review-generation flow (polite post-visit SMS or WhatsApp) before spending the first rupee on ads. A clinic with 20 reviews competing against one with 300 will lose to it every time, regardless of ad budget.
What's a realistic CPL for dental or aesthetic clinics in Indian metros?
Dental: ₹250–₹700 per enquiry. Aesthetic/cosmetic: ₹500–₹1,500. Diagnostic: ₹150–₹500. These depend heavily on city, treatment, and creative quality — treat them as starting bands, not guarantees.
Can you work with our existing practice management software?
Usually yes. We've integrated with Practo, CareStack, and several custom systems. If a deep integration isn't possible, we'll at minimum get leads into your inbox or WhatsApp with enough context for your front desk to convert them.
If you run a clinic and want to move from "busy Google Business Profile" to "predictable monthly bookings," get in touch.
